FAQ

What is the caterer responsible for bringing?
All caterers are full service, and are responsible for providing their clients with all food, flatware, plate ware, linens, serving staff, and any additional tables as needed. Rabbit Hole will provide the bar and bar staff.

When are the spaces available?
The Overlook and Courtyard are available after normal business hours, from 5:30-10pm (contact the distillery directly for any questions).

When should I book?
We ask that clients book at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure quality preparation.

All proposals are valid for 7 (seven) days after receipt.

A signed contract and credit card are required to fully confirm and hold a date.

What if my numbers change?
We understand that changes may occur, and will do our best to accommodate. All changes to guest count must be updated no fewer than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Can I decorate?
Yes! We encourage guests to make the space as enjoyable as possible. All decor must be approved by the Rabbit Hole staff, and must be removed immediately following the event. We ask that no confetti, glitter, candles, or anything that produces a flame be used as decorations.
