Shipping and Handling
We use UPS ground service as our primary shipping resource. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (also via UPS) but additional shipping charges will apply depending on the package’s weight and distance it must travel to its destination. When shipping outside the continental US, regular freight charges will be applied when you place your order. We will contact you with the additional freight charges for your approval before it leaves our warehouse.
We provide three flat-rate shipping methods, within the continental United States, which are based on the products ordered:
Most of the country is less than four business days away by UPS Ground. If you do need expedited service, Second and Next-Day expedited delivery service is available; give us a call at (502) 561-2000 and we’ll be happy to explain your shipping options to you.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rabbit Hole. If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure to return the product in its original unused state and include instructions for us to refund or replace your item. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless item is damaged. Items purchased at off-site retailers must be returned through the same retailer and are subject to the policies of the retailer in which it was purchased. Please contact us with any questions.
