Ingredients

2 oz. Dareringer Bourbon Finished in PX Sherry Casks
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Rose Syrup
1/4 oz. Italian sweet vermouth
1/4 oz. Awuafaba
2 Dashes cocoa bitters
Lavender & Ube Powder for Garnish

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for cocoa bitters and Lavender & Ube Powder in a shaker cup half filled with ice.
Shake well
Strain into wine glass or other suitable cocktail glass, garnish with cocoa bitters and Lavender & Ube Powder
