What does this VIP experience include?
The VIP Distillery Tour experience includes our standard full tour PLUS exclusive access to “behind the scenes” locations and processes in the distillery not open to general public.
Is there an itinerary?
Yes. In addition to your personal guided VIP distillery tour, you will visit several local Louisville landmarks and experience attractions. Transportation, dining, etc. are all part of the itinerary. Plan subject to change, contingent on winner's selected date.
Will there be any extra fees?
Please read the sweepstakes “Terms and Conditions”
How many days will are included in the sweepstakes? Two days and two nights (includes arrival day and departure day). May not be exactly 48 hours; as per flight delays, etc.
Which airline?
Travel accommodation and airline will be dependent on the date chosen by the winner.
How much spending for dinner?
Complimentary dinner reservations will be made for night one or two, all other meals will be chosen by the winner and paid for by us on a pre-loaded VISA dinner card.
Local transportation?
You will be provided with transportation to and from the airport by Pegasus distillery tours and utilize their chauffeur services for up to eight (8) hours on the planned itinerary day. On the self-guided day, you will be provided with a prepaid voucher for local transportation.
Can I pick my own date for the tour?
Yes. There are however some blackout dates. Please see sweepstakes Terms and Conditions for details. Winner must choose travel date within 45 days of being selected.
Is there a monetary value if I don’t want to take a tour?
No. Please see Terms and Conditions
Will I have time to tour other distilleries if I want?
What you do in your free time is completely up to you and we always encourage you to experience all that KY Bourbon has to offer. There will be one planned day, and one “self-guided” day.
What will I be able to try on the tasting?
TBD depending on date selected.
Will there be food provided at the distillery?
No. Food is not served at the distillery, however, you will be provided food vouchers and planned dinner reservations.
What if I already live in Kentucky? Can I still fly around the skies over the distillery on an airplane and stay at a hotel?
No. We will, however, welcome you and your plus-one to experience all of the other perks that a winner outside the state would receive (minus hotel and flights)
What hotel will I be staying at?
Your reservations will be made at the Prestigious “Hotel Distill” on Whiskey Row in Louisville, KY.
Will Kaveh be there?
There is a good chance Kaveh will be at the distillery. This, however, cannot be guaranteed and is not a stated part of the sweepstakes.
If I’ve been on a tour before, what will be different about this one?
There will be many differences. Some are a surprise; so get ready for an adventure!
Can I bring my children?
No, this is a 21+ year old facility.
What if I have a service animal with me?
We apologize, no animals are allowed in the distillery for this Special VIP Tour package.
What if my flight gets delayed?
Reach out to us and we will re-accommodate you and make necessary changes to your planned itinerary.
What if I get sick? Can I reschedule?
Once your flight is booked – Rabbit Hole cannot cancel/change arrangements.
What do I need to pack for this trip?
Please pack according to local Louisville, KY weather. It would be a good idea to view the Louisville forecast before arrival, and plan for some light outdoor activities as well as indoor.
Will my ID be required when I get to the distillery?
Yes. Proof of ID must be verified for the winner and guest. For ID/Age details, please read full Terms and Conditions for sweepstakes.
Will I need a mask or proof of vaccine?
This is not currently required, however, in the instance of a CDC mandate, we will default to local and federal guidelines for best practices and safety protocols.
Will this be a yearly sweepstakes? Will I have another opportunity if I don’t win?
At this time – we are NOT planning to make this an annual event. However, we are always looking for more ways to give back to the bourbon community!
Can you only enter once?

Can I only bring one other person?
Yes. This is a specially scheduled VIP tour. We cannot accommodate any additional patrons.
If I have a last-minute emergency, can I reschedule? Unfortunately, we cannot change flight plans once made. Please be sure of the date you select. There are many scheduled activities planned for the sweepstakes winner. It would be nearly impossible to reschedule these events.
How will I be notified if I win?
You will be notified through the email provided during entry. Please be sure you use a valid email address to enter the contest. Notification methods, and paperwork required prior to boarding flight as well as other important information can be found in the official sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.
Will I be notified when I winner is chosen, even if it is not me?
No, however, we will announce on the official sweepstakes page that the sweepstakes has ended and a winner has been chosen. If it is you, you will receive an email before that time.
I didn’t win, but how can I get this same experience?
This is a one-of-a-kind VIP distillery tour not available to the general public.
Who will be my contact for any questions I have in preparing for the trip if I win?
We will provide you with a "experience coordinator” and all relevant details of your trip if you are chosen as the winner.
Do I need to buy a bottle of Rabbit Hole or merchandise to enter or win?
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase or decrease your odds of winning. For the selection process, please read full sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.
I don’t drink, can I give this trip to a friend or family member if I win?
The grand prize sweepstakes / distillery VIP tour is non-transferable.
How old do you have to be to be eligible to win?

How do I get to and from Rabbit Hole, dinner, etc? Will Rabbit Hole be coordinating transportation?
We will provide full transportation to and from airport, and to scheduled itinerary of events on one day, and a voucher for local Lyft travel service on your “self-guided” day.
I want to buy some bottles while I’m there, how many can I take home with me on my flight?
That is dependent on your airline carrier, customs, etc. Rabbit Hole has no recommendation or advice for this.
What am I supposed to do when I’m not at Rabbit Hole or meals on the itinerary?
We will provide a planned experience itinerary for one day and the other day is a “self-guided” day in which we will provide meal cards, transportation vouchers so you can explore Louisville in any way you desire.
How will I be getting to and from the airport?
You will be provided deluxe transportation through Pegasus distillery tours services.
Can Kaveh autograph some bottles or merchandise for me?
If Kaveh is at the distillery during your tour, he would gladly sign items for you.
I am over 25, but I want to bring my guest who is 18.
No. Both parties must be of legal drinking age (21 years old).
When will the winner be picked and notified? Will it be announced publicly?
The winner will be selected in October 2022. They will be notified via the email address used to sign up for sweepstakes. The winner will not be announced publicly; however, we will provide the winning name disclosure upon official request. Please read sweepstakes Terms and Conditions for details.
