Perfect for summer get-togethers or for any time where a refreshing cocktail with a premium gin is all that will do to cool things down or relax.

Ingredients
-
2 oz Bespoke Gin
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 cup Sprite
- 2 tbsp cucumber pieces; roughly chopped
- Cucumber and lime slices for garnish
- Ice to shake the drink
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber to let all it’s juices flow.
- Next, add 6-7 cubes of ice, lime juice, simple syrup and gin. Shake and pour in a glass, over Sprite using a strainer.
Garnish with cucumber and lime slices and serve cold
If you wish to serve many Cucumber Gin Sours, then you can make this mix in advance. Measure and mix lime juice, simple syrup, sprite and muddled cucumbers in a glass bottle and keep it ready in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, add in the gin along with 3.5-4oz of the Sprite mix, shake over ice and pour using a strainer!
