RENTAL FEE: Monday - Saturday $2500
RENTAL TIME: After 5pm, 3 hour rental
CAPACITY: 120 guests in a cocktail reception style setting, 40 guests for a seated dinner
PRIVATE HAPPY HOUR @ OVERLOOK
RENTAL FEE: Tuesday - Thursday $1000 Bar Minimum Only
RENTAL TIME: 1.5 Hours | 4:30pm-6pm
CAPACITY: 120 guests in cocktail reception style setting.
