Chocolate Mousse with Whiskey

Directions

1. Melt chocolate with whiskey, water, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. Keep stirring after each interval until the mixture is melted
2. Whisk heavy whipping cream with vanilla extract in a mixer until stiff peaks form

3. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Divide the mousse among serving glasses

4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Garnish and serve chilled.
