Hot ‘N Spicy Bourbon Chicken Wings

Try these simple, crowd-pleasing hot 'n spicy chicken wings with bourbon hot sauce at your next gathering. Sweet, spicy, smokiness of bourbon - you can't go wrong. These hot 'n spicy bourbon chicken wings are a great alternative to the typical "buffalo" style chicken wings.
12-20 Chicken wings
1/2 stick margarine
1 bottle Frank’s hot sauce
2 tbs. honey
10 shakes Tabasco
2 tsp. cayenne pepper for added heat (optional)
½ cup high rye bourbon
Mix all ingredients to form sauce.
Next, deep fry wings for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Drain and let dry for 2-3 minutes on folded paper towels.
In a large bowl, submerge wings in sauce and let them sit for 3 minutes.
Remove from sauce and then serve.
Use extra sauce to dip wings.
Accompany with a long-pour of your favorite Rabbit Hole Bourbon.
