with Hotel Starlino™ Vermouth casks. The result is a novel and exhilarating sensory experience. Aromas of peppermint, ginger and cinnamon awaken the palate, followed by subtle but intriguing scents of vanilla, rose and a tang of tropical fruit. Each sip brings a complex mix of spices against a backdrop of sweet whiskey and wine flavors, which fade into a warm, nutty finish grounded by hints of oak. A Manhattan in a bottle, we reccomened enjoying neat or on the rocks, garnished with cherries.

WE USE A CULINARY APPA TO MAKING WHISY

This innovative process incorporates triple malt, making it the only four-grain bourbon with barley as the flavoring grain. This meticulous selection of specialty grains creates a complex and balanced flavor profile that is both bold and refined. The result is a bourbon that stands out for its rich character and depth, offering a tasting experience that is both unique and memorable.

Crafted by Torino Distillati, a renowned, family- owned distillery outside of Turin Italy, Hotel Starlino Vermouth is a blend of Marsala and Trebianno wines infused with an array of botanicals, then finished for six months in bourbon barrels. This creates an elegant mix of fresh, sweet notes balanced with a subtle, pleasant bitterness. Our Kentucky Straight Rye absorbs ghosts of these flavors as it rests in Starlino casks, giving the whiskey intriguing new depth and character.
