The Distillery Series is an exercise in Rabbit Hole’s commitment to originality and innovation. Each release in this line of distinct and delicious expressions will be a Limited Edition, Small Batch, Cask Strength whiskey offered in 375 mL bottles with the Batch and Bottle number printed on a custom-designed label. Together, this collection of extraordinary spirits will push the boundaries of craft and creativity as it redefines what whiskey can be.
Nose:
On the nose, you’ll find notes of dark cherry, raisins, and roasted almonds, layered with butterscotch, vanilla, and caramel to round out the aroma.
Taste:
On the palate, black plum, dried apricots, and molasses intertwine with toasted oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg, while warm sherry notes add depth and richness.
Finish:
Fig, clove, tobacco, and roasted walnuts emerge, complemented by cardamom, allspice, and a subtle hint of smokiness that lingers.
